Minutes from May 17, 2004, OAALJ Meeting

Present were Peter, David, Alison, Andrea, Larry and Greg

Peter presented the treasurer’s report.  Discussions occurred regarding combining two accounts for liquidity and a motion passed to do so.

Discussions occurred regarding Cathy Coburn’s resignation from the Board. Agreement was reached to table the discussions for a future meeting.

Discussions occurred regarding finalizing the membership certificates.

David discussed planning for the fall conference and presented a draft program which was discussed.  Discussions also occurred as to developing mailing lists for various state agencies and private groups.

Greg presented information on the status of transferring the host for the website.

Peter presented information on criteria used for OAH performance review and discussions occurred regarding the various measures used, comparing OAH criteria to those used by the Public Utilities Commission and Workers Compensation Board, and informal polling.

The next meeting was scheduled for June 16, and the meeting was adjourned
