Minutes from July 14, 2004, OAALJ Meeting

Present were Peter, David, Greg, Andrea, Monica, Steve and Alison

Peter presented the treasurer’s report.  Renewing the CD was discussed and a motion passed to renew it for 24 months.

Discussions occurred regarding future distribution of the newsletter via email.

David updated status on the fall conference and indicated everything was on track.

Greg distributed hard copies of revised pages for the website update.  For updated content, Andrea would supply copies of prior newsletters.  Peter would supply benefits of membership content.  David would provide Bruce Black and scholarship page content.

Andrea discussed proposed articles and features for the next newsletter and respective authorship.

Discussions occurred regarding including the Notice on Annual meeting in the newsletter.

Tom Ewing, Skip Russell and Steve Tegger joined the meeting for discussions on OAH performance review criteria.
