Minutes from November, 2004, OAALJ Board Meeting

Present were David, Alison, Linda, Steve and Greg.

Officers were elected with Greg as President, Linda as Vice President and Alison as Secretary.  It was agreed that election of the Treasurer would be deferred until the next meeting.

The May, June and July 04 Board meeting minutes were distributed and approved without change.

Greg discussed the pending OAALJ survey and invited informal polling of topics to be included on the survey for the next meeting.

David presented a wrap up of the fall conference and reported estimated tentative profits of $2,600.

David also reported on the 2006 annual national conference and preliminary discussion of whether we would want to co-sponsor the conference occurred, with consensus reached that further discussions as to level of involvement would be necessary.

Greg presented website usage statistics and reported that over 1,200 unique visitors came to the site in November.

Discussion of newsletter was deferred until the next meeting.

The next meeting was scheduled for January 11, 05, and the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
