OAALJ BOARD MEETING MINUTES
December 6, 2001

Present: Steve Rissberger, Monica Smith, Bruce Black, Cathy Coburn, Daina Upite, David Marcus, Maurice (Skip) Russell, and Jane Clink

First was Board Meeting:

Voted in the same slate of officers for 2002.

Steve Rissberger – President
Monica Smith – Secretary
Dee Anna Hassanpour - Treasurer

Steve made a motion to approve annual meeting minutes, which failed.

Board Meeting adjourned to January 30, 2002 at Holiday Inn in Wilsonville, Oregon at 6:00pm.

Next was Resolution continued or tabled from the Annual Meeting:

Discussed handling David’s resolution regarding judicial independence with a vote by mail ballot. David Marcus would do the pro statement and Skip Russell to do the con statement.
